Mr. Dodd founded Trinity Capital 2 years ago as a commercial real estate
consulting firm specializing in appraisal, market studies, and feasibility studies.
Mr. Dodd currently serves Trinity Capital as Managing Director, and has over 20
years experience in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting.  

Mr. Dodd has appraised individual properties and portfolios, of various property
types, including  industrial, multifamily, retail, office, residential subdivisions,
and vacant land throughout the Southeastern United States.  Mr. Dodd is
responsible for relationship management and overall production for the firm.

Prior to Trinity Capital, Mr. Dodd served for four years as Senior Vice President,
Director of Real Estate Research for Bank of America within Corporate Risk
Management.  In this capacity, Dodd designed and implemented strategic real
estate “IT” systems franchise-wide, led a group of dedicated professionals,
and actively participated in strategic planning and business development.

Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Dodd served as Vice President, Credit Policy at
Wachovia, Dodd’s primary responsibility was the coordination of all appraisals
and appraisal review analysis of real property collateral for lending,
securitization, and "real estate-owned" purposes throughout the Southeastern
United States.

Before Wachovia, Mr. Dodd held real estate credit roles at Dominion
Bankshares Corporation and Maryland National Corporation (MNC Financial).  

Dodd received a B.B.A. Degree in real estate and finance from the University of
Oklahoma, and has lectured on behalf of many professional organizations
including RMA (Risk Management Association), ISHC (International Society of
Hospitality Consultants), and the National Real Estate Roundtable.

Mr. Dodd serves on the Board of Directors for the Diabetes Association of
Atlanta, Inc. and volunteers frequently for Habitat for Humanity.
